How do I place an order?
Click on the "Buy Now" button. A new window will open asking for shipping information and quanitiy request. Make sure that all information is correct. If quantity changes be sure to click the "Recalulate" button.
Payment options
We do not accept credit cards, money orders, gift cards, or cash.
We only accept VEI US Network Bank checks.
Upon order completion an Invoice will be sent to the buyer's email account, containing a purchase order number.
Please send an electronic check payable to: 10 Chefs N' A Gourmet Bundle.
Include the order's PO# in the memo section on the check.
Which currency do you use?
All transactions are exchanged in US dollars (USD).
Shipping charges
A flat shipping rate of $10.00 will be added to each order.
Do you ship to my country?
At this time 10 Chefs N' A Gourmet Bundle ships domestically only.
Can I cancel my order?
A order may be canceled within 24 hours.
Send an email to 10chefsboston@gmail.com with the order confirmation number requesting a cancelation.
Returns and refunds
If a refund/return is warranted please send an email to 10chefsboston@gmail.com explaining the reason for the refund/return.
A customer service representative will return the request within 48 hours.
